Royal Oak Offshore 26470 Stainless Steel / Blue / Rubber

Launched in 1993, the Royal Oak Offshore was released as an anniversary celebration of the classic Royal Oak that was launched in the 1970s. The design of the Royal Oak Offshore dates back to 1989 when Audemars Piguet designer, Emmanuel Gueit, presented a conceptual sketch of a more robust Royal Oak. Outside of the larger case size seen on the Royal Oak Offshore, the model family also boasts bolder aesthetics and new use of materials for AP. The Royal Oak Offshore saw another iteration launch, which celebrated 16 years of production in 2021. This would be the Royal Oak Offshore Diver, an evolution of the Offshore Scuba from 2005. The Offshore Diver keeps the larger case size and rubber elements that are familiar from the Royal Oak Offshore but adds in a second crown at 10 o’clock to control the rotating bezel while removing the chronograph that the Offshore is known for.
