If your tracking status officially states that the package has been seized or returned to the sender by customs, we will prepare a brand-new replacement watch and ship it to you at no additional cost. Please note that this guarantee applies to customs seizures only. It does not apply to packages that are "delivered" but reported missing by the customer (see Section 9).
Import Duties and Taxes

However, tax laws vary significantly by jurisdiction. Any local import taxes or administrative fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Responsibility for Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. This includes:

Change of Shipping Address
Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the package is dispatched. Once the tracking number has been generated and the package has left our facility, we cannot redirect it. If you need to change your address, please contact our support team immediately after approving your QC photos.
