Order Process and Quality Control (QC)

Our order process involves a unique Quality Control phase designed to ensure customer satisfaction.

The QC Phase: After payment is confirmed, we will provide high-resolution photos and timegrapher results of the specific watch intended for you.

Approval: Once you provide a "Green Light" (approval) of the QC photos, the watch is prepared for shipping. Once a watch is approved and shipped, aesthetic complaints that were visible in the QC photos will not be grounds for a return.

Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the QC photos are approved. Once approved and shipped, the Return Policy applies.

Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

Our delivery protocols are outlined in our dedicated Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
