Return Policy

Our return policy is designed to protect your investment and ensure complete satisfaction. We offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on timepieces that remain in their original, unworn condition with all protective films intact. Every request is handled with professional care to maintain our standard of excellence and trust.

Comprehensive Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy

Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

Our primary goal is to provide a seamless experience that matches the high quality of the timepieces we source. We understand that purchasing a high-end superclone is a significant decision. While we take every precaution through our rigorous Quality Control (QC) process to ensure your watch is perfect before it leaves our facility, we recognize that circumstances may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. This policy outlines the specific conditions, timeframes, and procedures required to facilitate a successful return.

The 14-Day Inspection Period

From the moment the courier tracking confirms "Delivered" at your shipping address, a 14-day inspection window begins. During this time, we encourage you to inspect the watch thoroughly. Check the alignment, the movement's winding feel, and the overall aesthetics. However, this period is for inspection only, not for "trial wear." To remain eligible for a return, the watch must not be worn out of the house or adjusted in any way.

Mandatory "Original Condition" Requirement

The most critical aspect of our return policy is the condition of the timepiece. High-end replicas are protected by several layers of clear plastic film on the case, the bracelet, the clasp, and sometimes the case back.

Protective Films: Once these films are removed, the watch is considered "used." We cannot accept returns on watches where the protective plastic has been peeled back or removed.

Bracelet Adjustments: If you remove links or adjust the screws in the bracelet, the watch is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.

Signs of Wear: Any micro-scratches, scuffs on the clasp, or skin oils on the leather strap will result in a rejected return.

We highly recommend verifying your satisfaction with the watch before removing any protective materials.

Manufacturing Defects vs. Aesthetic Preferences

We categorize returns into two distinct types to better serve our clients:

Manufacturing Defects: This includes mechanical failures of the movement, non-functioning complications (such as a frozen GMT hand or chronograph), or structural issues. In these cases, we prioritize a full repair or a replacement at our expense.

Aesthetic Preference (Change of Mind): If you decide the watch does not suit your style or is larger/smaller than you anticipated, we allow for returns or exchanges for store credit, provided the watch is in the mandatory original condition.

The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

Under no circumstances should a watch be sent back to the return address on the original shipping label without prior authorization. Many of our packages are shipped via triangular routes, and the "sender" address on the box is often a logistics hub that does not accept incoming consumer returns.

To initiate a return:

Contact our support team with your order number.

Provide clear photos and a video of the watch showing its current condition and any reported defects.

Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and a specific return address tailored to your region.

Technical Inspection and Verification

Once a returned item is received at our service center, it undergoes a technical inspection by our in-house watchmakers. This process typically takes 3 to 5 business days. The inspection verifies:

That the serial number matches the one sent to you.

That the movement has not been tampered with or modified.

That no original parts (such as the bezel or dial) have been swapped.

That the watch is indeed in its original, unworn state.

If the watch passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.

Refund Procedures and Financial Terms

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please be aware of the following:

Transaction Fees: Many payment processors (especially Cryptocurrency and Credit Card gateways) charge non-refundable transaction fees. We refund the full amount received by our system, but we cannot refund fees kept by your bank or payment provider.

Restocking Fee: For "Change of Mind" returns, a 15% restocking fee is applied. This covers the cost of the initial shipping, the labor for the QC process, and the depreciation of the item as it must be re-inspected and re-processed for inventory.

Processing Time: Once approved, refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model or factory version (e.g., swapping a Clean Factory model for a VSF model), the same "Original Condition" rules apply. If the new model has a higher price point, the difference must be paid before shipping. If the new model is less expensive, the difference will be issued as store credit for your next purchase. Exchanges are generally processed faster than refunds.

Return Shipping Costs and Liability

For returns based on aesthetic preference or "Change of Mind," the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit back to our facility.

For confirmed manufacturing defects reported within the 14-day window, we will provide a shipping credit or a pre-paid label depending on your location.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives and the watch is physically damaged due to the courier's handling, this is handled as a "Shipping Claim" rather than a standard return. You must report this within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged box. We will work with the courier and send a replacement watch immediately once the damage is verified.

Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items and scenarios are strictly excluded from our return policy:

Custom-Ordered Watches: Any watch that has been specifically modified at your request (e.g., gold wrapping, aftermarket stone setting, or "Franken" builds with genuine parts).

Consumables: Extra bracelet links, screwdrivers, or cleaning kits purchased separately.

Sale Items: Watches purchased from a "Clearance" or "Flash Sale" section are final sale and only eligible for repair under warranty, not return for refund.

International Customs Considerations for Returns

Returning a luxury replica across international borders can be complex. In some regions, our support team may suggest a local watchmaker for a repair rather than an international return to avoid the risk of customs seizure on the way back. If we recommend a local repair, we will cover the documented costs of the service (up to a pre-agreed limit). This often results in a faster resolution for the customer.

Warranty Relationship

Once the 14-day return window expires, the watch remains protected under our Long-Term Movement Warranty. The return policy covers the initial satisfaction and "out-of-the-box" quality, while the warranty covers the mechanical performance for the following months. Please refer to our Warranty Page for details on how we handle mechanical issues after the first 14 days.

Policy Against "Return Fraud"

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for return fraud. This includes attempting to return a different, lower-quality watch than the one purchased, or stripping a watch of internal parts before returning it. Our watchmakers document every piece with macro-photography during the QC process. Any attempt at fraud will result in a permanent ban from our services and a dispute with the payment processor involving our documented evidence.
